Thank you for shopping with nakagawallc. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

🔁 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Returns must be shipped from the original country of delivery.

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Customized or made-to-order garments

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

📦 2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at:

Please include the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address in Japan.

Please do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

🚚 3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

  • International customers: Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any import duties on return shipments.

💵 4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider.

🔄 5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or item, please complete a return for the original item and place a new order separately.

❗ 6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will either:

  • Send a replacement free of charge

  • Or issue a full refund, including shipping fees
