Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Japanese public holidays.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST) will be processed on the next business day.

If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping fees will apply.
If the customer refuses the shipment or fails to clear customs, return shipping and any additional fees will be deducted from the refund (if eligible).
